This Privacy Policy describes how Vortric Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at https://vortric.com (the "Site") and, where stated, our applications.

This Site is operated by Vortric Labs, an independent software studio developing open-source networking technology. Contact:[email protected].
2. Information we collect on this Site
The Site is a static website. We do not require accounts, and the Site does not include contact forms, scripts operated by us, or embedded third-party resources operated by us (our infrastructure provider may serve protective scripts, such as email-address obfuscation, as part of delivering the Site). Web fonts are served from this domain, not from a third-party font service.
When you access the Site, our infrastructure provider may automatically process technical information that browsers transmit as part of ordinary web requests, such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and version (User-Agent)
- Requested pages and referring page
- Date and time of access
This information is processed for the purpose of delivering the Site, maintaining security (for example, mitigating abuse and denial-of-service attacks), and diagnosing technical problems.
3. Infrastructure providers

The Site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not currently operate third-party analytics on the Site. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and by whom before or at the time of introduction.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and the content of your message). We use it solely to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
6. Applications
Individual applications published by Vortric Labs (such as mqvpn client applications) may be accompanied by their own privacy notices describing any data those applications process. Where an application has its own notice, that notice applies to the application in addition to this policy. We design our software to process as little personal data as possible.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or infrastructure.

9. External links
The Site links to external websites and services, such as GitHub. Those sites are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be reflected here.
11. Language
A Japanese version of this policy is also available. Where the two differ, the Japanese version governs for users in Japan.
